Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living (MHSAL) is guiding the thoughtful planning and phased implementation of broad health-system changes aimed at improving the quality, accessibility and efficiency of health-care services. MHSAL leads the development of policy and planning, and is responsible for overall funding, performance requirements, oversight and accountability.
