What is Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display?

The Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display provides Manitobans with secure access to their COVID-19 test result.  Individuals with a valid Manitoba Health Registration Card are able to securely access their COVID-19 test results online from their computer or mobile device.

Shared Health and Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living has launched this solution with the technical support of VeroSource and funding from Canada Health Infoway. We appreciate your patience as ongoing improvements to these services are made. This is an important tool in our fight against COVID-19.

When and how will I be able to access my COVID-19 test results online?

Community Screening Locations across the province will hand out Registration Instruction Sheets to patients.  Registration information is also available through this link.

How do I get my COVID-19 test results if I don’t have a Manitoba Health Registration Card or can’t create an account?

If you are not able to create an account, you can contact the COVID Line at Health Links – Info Santé at 204-788-8200 or toll-free at 1-888-315-9257.

You may also receive a phone call to report your test results either from your health care provider or Public Health officials.

Who is eligible to sign up for Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display to access their COVID-19 test results online?

You are eligible to create a Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display account if you:

  • have been tested for COVID-19
  • have a valid Manitoba Health Registration Card
  • have a personal email address

Which COVID-19 results will display in the Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display?

Positive, Negative, Cancelled and Invalid COVID-19 test results are available online.

Accessing your COVID-19 test results through the Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display site is for informational purposes only and must not be considered a diagnosis or substitute for medical advice. Any questions or concerns about your health should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

How long will I have to wait to see my COVID-19 test results?

Timelines for COVID-19 test results may vary due to current testing volumes and the location where you were tested. It may take several days for COVID-19 test results to become available.

Why do my COVID-19 test results still show “Result Not Available”? It’s been two days since my COVID-19 test.

Timelines for COVID-19 test results may vary due to current testing volumes and the location where you were tested. It may take several days for COVID-19 test results to become available. Please continue to follow instructions to isolate or self-isolate (quarantine). If you have had no known exposure to COVID-19 and are asymptomatic, but were offered asymptomatic surveillance testing for COVID-19 to better understand how COVID-19 is spreading in Manitoba, you do NOT need to self-isolate (quarantine) while you wait for your test results.

How will results display if I received multiple COVID-19 tests?

Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display will only display one result, the latest result that is available.  If you have undergone multiple COVID-19 tests, refer to the taken date to confirm which result is displaying.  The taken date will be updated as new results become available.

I reviewed my “Negative” COVID-19 test results online. Can I still expect to receive a call from my health care provider?

If you do not want to register online, or if your results continue to say “Result Not Available”, you can contact the COVID Line at Health Links – Info Santé at 204-788-8200 or toll-free at 1-888-315-9257.

Will my family doctor or nurse practitioner still receive my COVID-19 test results?

Even if you have accessed your COVID-19 test results online, your family doctor or nurse practitioner will also have access to them.

If your symptoms are severe or life-threatening, call 911 or go to an emergency department and call ahead to inform them you have been self-isolating for COVID-19.

How can I get a paper copy of my result?

If you have an account for the Shared Health COVID-19 Online Results Display, you can print results from your personal computer by selecting the PRINT THIS PAGE button at the top right of the result page. Printing from a mobile device is not supported.
